Summit School Services is one of North America's largest student transportation contractors, running school bus, special-needs (SPED) and charter services for school districts. Formerly National Express School, the North American school bus arm of Mobico Group, it was acquired by infrastructure investor I Squared Capital in July 2025 and rebranded; its network of 12 local operating companies includes Durham School Services, Stock Transportation and Petermann Bus.
